The team

Handmade, every day, by people who really love doing this

We’re a small team, gathered round a ceramic table, a bath and a patch of artificial grass, looking after every Fufinho as if they were our own.

There are no anonymous shifts here: the person who greets you at the door is the one who gives the bath, fires the pottery in the kiln and sweeps the grass at the end of the day. We know the names – yours and theirs – and we remember that Bono hates the hairdryer and that Nala only gets into the bath after running round the playpen twice.

We’re trained in animal welfare and stress-free handling, and we refuse to use any methods involving force, restraint straps or rushing. If a Fufinho isn’t ready, we wait.
